Chief Executive

Francis Halder holds a Master of Accounting degree and an MBA specializing in Finance and Accounts. His academic background equips him with a deep understanding of financial management and accounting principles, crucial for his career in business and entrepreneurship.

Francis Halder is renowned as the author of the book “Greatest World War and The Soul”. This work likely delves into profound themes related to historical conflicts and the human spirit, showcasing his intellectual depth and literary capabilities beyond his business acumen.

As the founder of Terminal Trade, Francis Halder has established a prominent global platform for international trading. Terminal Trade serves as a hub for businesses engaged in cross-border commerce, facilitating transactions and partnerships on a global scale. Under his leadership, Terminal Trade has likely expanded its reach and influence in the international business community.

In addition to founding Terminal Trade, Francis Halder serves as its CEO. This role signifies his leadership skills and strategic vision in steering the company towards growth and success. As CEO, he oversees the operations, strategic direction, and overall management of Terminal Trade, ensuring it remains competitive and innovative in the dynamic world of international trade.

Atique Islam Choudhury

Chairman

Atique Islam Choudhury was born on 5 May 1963, the son of Dabirul Islam Choudhury and Khaleda Choudhury. He is an in- dustrialist, property developer and social entrepreneur born in St. Albans, Hertfordshire.

Atique has been a prolific property developer for over three decades, building a vast portfolio of trophy assets – this includes an array of residential properties, converting derelict banks, cinemas, silk mills and grade II listed buildings. Atique definitely has an eye for quality and detail as recognised by the International Property Awards, one of his developments was nominated recently for“the best de- signed apartment”.

After 35 years in the restaurant industry and building a successful string of award winning restaurants, Atique has specialised in Thai, Japanese, Mexican and South Indian vegetarian cuisine. After own- ing and operating multiple cuisines, Atique retired from the restaurant industry in 2014.

Atique is now the managing director of Mystic Pharmaceuticals Bangladesh after the untimely passing of his late brother Sharif Islam Choudhury in 2015. Under his leadership, the business has streamlined and has taken a growth of 400% and is currently ex- panding internationally. He is also the chairman of Cultural Business Management in which they invest in renewable energy and the agricultural sector in Bangladesh.
